Mowing of the Arbors Right-of-Way and landscaping of common areas is the responsibility of the AIA and is sub-contracted.

Areas where erosion repair has taken place will not be mowed until grass is fully established.
Every effort will be taken to allow the majority of wildflowers to finish blooming before mowing in Spring.
