The Arbors at Dogwood Creek deed restrictions (CC & R'S) requires all construction in this subdivision be subject to approval of the Arbors Architectural Control Committee including - but not limited to - new homes, out buildings, room additions, fences, patios, pools, decks, and mailboxes.

Plans for construction must be submitted and approved in advance of beginning work.

All builders must supply a Builders Bond and a signed Community Protection Agreement.
