The existence of this Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is required by the recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) of the Association. The ACC is responsible for the interpretation & enforcement of the recorded deed restrictions. The ACC meets on a regular basis to review and approve construction plans submitted. All plans may be submitted electronically to acc.comm@arborsia.org or personally handed to a member of the ACC. Owners providing plans to the ACC must obtain verification of receipt from the ACC in order for the plans to be considered submitted as required by the CCRs.
