"Bastrop County has an at large order. Which means your dogs
must remain on your property at all times or in your direct
control when off property. In your direct control
means the dog responds to verbal commands, or is on a leash.
if you should
email our property management company (Pioneer),
please put the word "Arbors" in your
subject line -- ATTN: Jamie Cory
This
management company has many more subdivisions as clients and
identifying our subdivision up front will help in directing
your note to the correct individual and better ensure a
speedy reply.
New homeowners
should be aware that this area has very hard water...aqua
water supplies out of the wilcox-carrizo aquifer and while
the water is clean, it is hard enough to warrant a water
softener.
The use of the softener will not only prevent mineral buildup in
the pipes, but prevent the same mineral damage in various
appliances that use water: ice makers, coffee makers,
dishwashers, washing machines, toilets, etc.
Also,
For those individuals that must monitor their salt intake, a
potassium system will work just as well...and will not
impact the septic system.
For more information on water hardness visit the usgs.gov
site... Here is the "water Hardness" Map
