Maintenance Information

announcement!!

The receiver codes at the entry gates have now been changed. If you find that your remote no longer works, please contact a Maintenance committee member and have the internal switches in your remote opener changed accordingly.

The keypad entry code did not change.

Reason for the change:

the re-coding on the remotes only change the internal dip switches that create the code your remote opener sends to the receivers in the gate operators.  this needs to be done because the MC has changed the code in the receivers from the generic one that the developer had originally programmed and uses for all it's new subdivisions. After this change, remotes that open gates at other Sabine projects (ie, "the Colony") will no longer work on the Arbors gates.

When your remote opener has been re-coded, you will need to reset and/or reprogram any vehicles to which the remote has been programmed: ie,  "homelink" or other built-in transmitters.

Reduced range?

Also, if you are experiencing a reduced response range with your gate remote, please contact a MC member. He may be able to adjust it for a more optimal range.
