Mowing & Landscaping

*   Mowing of the Arbors Right-of-Way and landscaping of common areas is the   responsibility of the AIA and is sub-contracted.

*  15 FEET OF THE ARBORS ROAD ROW WILL BE MOWED  (MEASURED FROM THE ROAD EDGE INWARD)

*  Areas where erosion repair has taken place will not be mowed until grass is fully established.
