Perimeter Fence damage

Around 2pm on 11/26/07, a car traveling north on Hwy 95 made a left hand turn into the Cedar Hills entrance.

evidently the driver following that car, unable to stop safely or go around on the shoulder lane, instead left the roadway and hit the Arbors perimeter fence opposite the Cedar Hills entrance.

the driver turning into Cedar Hills left the scene. The driver of the vehicle that hit the fence was unhurt.

Several Arbors residents who witnessed this accident and the damage it caused, called members of the AIA board.

the AIA President responded immediately and stayed with the driver of the disabled car until The Texas DPS arrived.

damage to the car was minimal. However, two of the three cross members of the Arbors fence are cracked/broken and a post was broken off at ground level.

The AIA has been given the pertinent insurance information and will be filing a claim in order to fix this fence asap.
