all
construction in this subdivision is subject to approval of the
Arbors Architectural Control Committee including, but not limited
to, new homes, out buildings, room additions, fences, patios, pools,
decks, and mailboxes. The plans for such construction must be
submitted and approved in advance of beginning work.
